Recurring Revenue on Closed Loans

NEXA is the only company in America offering their loan officers the ability to get paid monthly on their closed loans!

We offer our MLO's the ability to participate in the servicing of the loan after it closes and receive a payment every month until the loan is paid off.  This recurring revenue stream isn't even the best part - servicing the loan also gives you greater visibility into your borrowers loans so you can assist them with payment and escrow issues, and know when they are considering refinancing or requesting a payoff.  This is just one of the many tools that NEXA loan officers have that others dont..

Our NEXA Academy Training is unparalleled 

Live, online instruction is available for new MLO's and those transitioning from retail lenders or banks. You can ask the instructors questions and they will guide you through your initial loans. You will be given a mentor who you can contact anytime for assistance. Inexperienced MLO's are required to participate in the training program. It is optional for those switching from other lenders or financial institutions. 

There is no cost for the academy, but a portion of your commission for your first 6 loans will be shared with your instructors. After you close your 6th loan you graduate from the academy and will receive your full commission going forward.
